Alycia was very efficient and knowledgeable in what she was doing. She was friendly and answered most of our questions . She also explained what kind of maintenance was done to our water heater today. She provided us with photos relevant to the condition of the water heater and gave us future steps to take to make sure the water heater functions properly and last longer. Thank you, Alycia.
