    Every interaction I've had with Brown's staff has been friendly and never get that feeling they are pushing me to spend more money when it's not needed. Their techs know what they are doing, get the job done quickly and professionally. I highly recommend them if you need some HVAC, plumbing or electrical work done.

    Tim did a great job. He communicated well about his arrival time. He diagnosed the problem, gave an estimate, and fixed the problem. He also explained everything he did which was most appreciated. Several days later we had an addition issue. It happened over the Labor Day weekend. I left a message on the portal and first thing Tuesday morning I received a text that a service person was on his way! It was fixed before 10:00! We couldn't have asked for better service and communication!
