I have never had a septic system before so when our cabin started getting weird septic smells, I was worried. I called Brandts and they patiently explained why it was happening, what to do, how to prevent it in the future, and reassured us that everything was ok. I asked if we needed it pumped yet and he said we could wait another couple years. I really couldn't be more impressed. Would give them 10 stars if I could.

Before You Call

A homeowner deciding whether current symptoms call for septic pumping can ask what the crew would check before scheduling the pump-out. That conversation can help distinguish a tank that needs service now from one that can wait.
