Bonner Springs Septic Services in Bonner Springs, KS

The Bonner Springs Septic guys restore my faith in humanity. We had A-1 come out and look at our system because we had standing water outside the tanks. A-1 had our system pumped out so they could diagnose the issue - charged a premium for a sub-par job. Said our pump had burned up and was the wrong kind of pump. Wanted to charge us over $3000 for a new pump/installation. The pump itself retails for $800 and I know labor does not make up the large difference there.

When we bought our property in 2019 the sellers had Honey Bee Sewer and septic out to do the inspection and the tank was failed. Bonner Springs Septic Services was referred to the seller for the replacement, I came to check it out after the tank had been set and found nothing but code violations. I myself am in the plumbing trade and was very concerned with the quality of work, ferncos cut in half/over hubs, san tees on their side/back and a complete abomination of fittings used to tie the grey and black water lines together.

Eddie came out to a client of mines property that needed new septic system. We had already had some quotes but have worked with Eddie before and he is very fair priced and honest. Some of these companies didn't want to mess with the old system and told her it needed a complete replacement. Eddie did not he told her he could replace the tank but make the rest of the system work proper and pass inspection just fine. This was a huge relief to my client. Eddie has completed the work and we passed inspection.
