We had our septic tank emptied by Bob Drayton. The service was outstanding. They covered all the tanks, including the distribution box and grease trap. Great service at a reasonable price.

The team worked very hard despite several unanticipated issues and did just a wonderful job. Absolutely top-notch work!

Delivery and pick up was smooth. Delivery guy was so pleasant on the phone, very kind and friendly. Porta-potty was pristine! I've never seen one so clean before. I don't think it was brand new, but probably very close to new. It was clean and fresh. No odor, no cobwebs. Would definitely use again.

Reviewers mostly describe septic pumping and tank work. Leon had his tank emptied and says the crew covered all the tanks, including the distribution box and grease trap. Gary has had Bob Drayton pump his tank for years and describes a crew that arrives when expected and keeps him informed while they work. Several reviews are about how the crew behaves on site. Kate says they were prompt, "explained the process", and that the owner works alongside his crew. Joseph's technician announced himself and did some digging, and Chris says the team kept at the job through several unexpected issues.
