BMB Septic in San Diego, CA

Third generation East County business, which says a lot about the permanency of the company and their customer service level and quality of work. Tyler (owner) was involved in the quote, as well as supervision of the work performed in all the stages. I would highly recommend BMB Septic.

Was so pleased with this company. Showed up when they said they would. Explained what the process would be and updated as project moved forward.

BMB Septic is a great choice for your repair. My system had a drain field issue, and Taylor came out to give the estimate. He arrived on-time, explained the repair solution (new leach line), and the price was fair. Dustin was the hands-on lead for my project, and he was exceptional. On top of being punctual, he provided regular updates on the repair, outlined the permit inspection process, and made sure the jobsite was safe before wrapping up each day. Dustin and Charlie were both genuinely helpful. I also spoke with Felicia (in the office) on multiple occasions.

BMB septic replaced our septic system. They did a great job on our difficult to access Mt Helix site. Every person on the team was kind, honest, and respectful of our property. I also appreciated that the owner spoke directly to me and not just my husband. As good of an experience as one could have with a septic system replacement.

We had our 50 year old tank rebuilt by BMB septic and couldn't be more satisfied with the service. The owner of the company came to our home to check on the progress mid job. The workers were on time and cleaned up after the work was done. Highly recommend!
