I gave them a good review last year, had to TAKE IT ALL BACK !! Regarding black wolf septic service. Their website says, how did we do, let us know! Leave a reply! "Ask, and you shall receive" Problem was septic sump pump not working. Anyone with the lift station and a septic tank realizes that this is a major problem! I sent a detailed email to Steve, the owner, explaining to him my situation also included a picture. I asked Steve to text me back to verify that he got my message. No response!

Very poor response. I used Black Wolf to replace my septic system it took months for them to finally come out to perform the work as they said a “permit” was being pulled but I’m hesitant whether it actually was as every time I checked myself there was no permit pulled… They finally came out to do the work months later and I was told something was not needed in the new installation and that I would be credited back $800 somewhat dollars.

Stephen and his team (especially William) were amazing from the get go and completely put our concerns at ease. We were stuck in a mess (long story) and Stephen was amazing and informative and did what he said he would do. Honesty at its best!!! Thank you for all the kindness.
