    We had Black Diamond Pumping inspect and pump our septic system and we were trilled with their professionalism and the work they did. Black Diamond will be our go to company for all our septic needs in the future. They were able to explain everything and answered our questions. Great company great people. I would give them a 10 star rating instead of just five if I could.

    Had almost exactly the same experience as the other 1 star reviewer. Brad told me with about zero information that the reason I was having problems is that I needed to pump my tank every 6 months. No one needs to pump their tank every 6 months. I also wasn't having any problems. It had just been 4 years since I had it pumped and realized it was time. Then he comes to the door after it is done to tell me my leech field is bad. Steer away from these guys. Dishonest, shady people who want to scare you into spending thousands more than you need to

    When opening your septic tank lids we noticed your tank was over capacity and that you have an effluent filter. Brad mentioned that you had a clogged filter that appears to be causing your tank to be over capacity and that you should clean or have that cleaned every 6 months to 1 year. Upon pumping your tank we observed backflow of effluent from your absorption field into the tank which is an indication of an aging/failing field. Backflow cannot be observed until the tank is pumped down. Our pumpout recommendation for your tank is every 3 years as indicated on the magnet we provided you. We believe in transparency and education and part of that is letting homeowners know what we observe in the tank while pumping it out.
