    The company came onto our property during a septic inspection in October 2025 and excavated 5 holes in our drain field, obviously without due care and without our authorization, and now we have flowing water across our lawn constantly, and a smell of sewage. They denuded the lawn in 5 places, left roots sticking out of the dirt, left large rocks laying on our lawn. They also left trash near our septic tank.

    This company is terrible!!

    Hello NW Rental Services, We take every review seriously and were very concerned to see your feedback. Our records show this was an emergency call over a holiday weekend in White Salmon, which we responded to promptly and without applying any additional weekend or after-hours fees. The service required digging two tanks, one with an excessive toilet paper buildup, and another with tree roots obstructing the inlet pipe. Our company owner personally performed this service to ensure the system was restored as quickly as possible. We have no record afterward indicating any concerns, but we would genuinely appreciate the chance to speak directly to understand what went wrong from your perspective.
