Reviewers describe excavating work, including one job on a very steep driveway where the crew got equipment to the top. Mike and DNR both say the crew was timely, and Trevor says the job was "done right the first time". Not every customer had that experience. Barbara says the quality of work dropped after Bill Sr. passed, and Evonne calls the work horrible.
