I highly recommend working with Big Muddy for any septic inspection services during the home buying process. We experienced a lot of back-and-forth between us (the buyers) and the seller, but Big Muddy demonstrated strong integrity and honored their commitment to us, even though they had a working relationship with the seller’s realtor as well.

    Response from the owner

Glad we could help, Annie! We appreciate the call and your kind words! Take care~

Big Muddy Septic Service is very knowledgeable, straight forward, and friendly. They give discounts on repeat business, don't charge for microbe tabs, are available 24/7, are very competitive, and want you as a customer. If you are using someone else now for septic give these guys a try. You won't be disappointed.
