    My husband called them after business hours lastnight and they said they would come out the next day. Zach and Marcus showed up around 10am, they located the tank, cleaned it out and put the dirt back in about 20 minutes. They were nice, respectful and they got the JOB DONE!!! Highly recommended!!!

    On a Friday my septic system backed up into the downstairs bathroom. After calling another company, waiting all weekend and then they still weren't able to come out, I called Belton's. Thank goodness I did! They came out that afternoon and drained my septic tank. And the price was so reasonable, less than what I thought it would be. Thank you Belton's!

    Awesome place with Awesome people! Our septic was backed up. Made a call to the office and they set me up with an appt same day. The guys were here in under 2 hours. The receptionist was so nice and ready to help and the 2 guys who came out were phenomenal! Super nice and very respectful young men. They were super helpful with advice and they were quick to get the job done. And all with a very reasonable price. I have already referred my neighbor. Thanks for being so awesome and having the best customer service I have seen in a long time!

    We recently had to have our entire septic system replaced. This issue started when we had to call multiple times a year for it to be emptied. Matthew Jones with Belton Septic was able to quickly diagnose the root cause. Matthew stayed in contact with us throughout the entire process. First step was having the county come out to do an inspection and draw up the blueprint for the tank system to follow codes and guidelines. Unfortunately anything involving the county takes time. The entire process took about 3 months, and most of that was waiting on the county.

    We had our septic pumped on 5/27 per request of our buyers of our home. Septic was then inspected on 6/8 and photos provided show inlet and outlet tank was still full. I called Beltons and asked if they could come back out but they wanted me to pay full price again. I think a good, reputable company would come out to make it right, and at most at a discounted rate. We ended up paying a different company to come out and pump both inlet and outlet side of tank. This other company took care of us right their first time. You live and learn. Would NOT recommend belton’s.
