    Bear Country Septic came and pumped out our tanks quickly and professionally! I cannot even begin to explain how happy we are with the service. Some might even say they treated us like family! Spoke to us in way we could understand with respect while still conveying the importance of pumping! The office staff was quick to get us on the schedule and easy to get a hold of. Extremely grateful for the service and knowledge they were able to impart while scheduling and while on site! They pointed out key issues to look for and keep mind of!

    AMAZING SERVICE!! I cannot recommend this pump company enough! This contractor is definitely a high quality service provider and so easy to work with! My husband and I are a younger couple with multiple buildings and multiple older septic systems on our property and we admittedly don’t know much about septic management. Casey was so kind with both of us and patiently explained our options so that we could make the best decision for us. My husband was the one who set up the appointment but I was the one at the house when they came to pump our 1500 gallon tank.

    On time, easy to communicate with and the septic tank was empty when they left. He even gave me a pretty good education on how the system worked and what to keep an eye on.

    Here is our experience we hope others don't have the same experience We called this company to have our septic pumped. They quoted $520 for the service on a 1500 gallon tank. We had a flooded tank our pump broke and the gray water was pumped out so the pump could be fixed. They let us know they had to come back in a month to finish the job to pump out the solids they could not get to. We were charged $150 more than quoted. We figured the $150 was the return fee for coming back in a month.
