We had an issue with our septic and called Dave! Best decision we ever made! He was so responsive and came over immediately multiple times to solve the problem. I was very pregnant throughout all of this and Dave and his team could not have been better to work with! If you want someone that goes above and beyond and you can feel safe with you need to call Dave! He is so very knowledgeable and we are lucky to know him!

Had a great experience today working with Dave at Bateson Septic! In the lead up, he was very responsive and candidly answered all my questions. He even moved up my appt as our situation became more dire. He was on time and completed the service himself. He was completely professional and resolved our somewhat unique problem. His excellent work really inspired confidence. There are other providers out there. But, based on our experience, Bateson is definitely our new preferred company for septic services! We had a surprise backup in our 1st floor toilet.

On a neighbor's recommendation we called these people to flush the tank. It turns out we are on town sewer. Of course we should have known that. It would have been nice if they also checked. We would not have had to pay nearly $500. If you do need their service, they are very good.

Good afternoon Omur I understand your frustration with the situation. But once my driver was on site and could not find the tank, we did reach out to the town's Board Of Health department who had a septic plan for this property on file once we return for a second time to try to dig and locate and discovered there was no tank in in this location. We had determine that the house has been tied into sewer and the town's file have not been updated. Dave is the best. Been servicing my grease traps under and above ground for some time now. Great job every time by the techs and priced fairly. Keep up the good work Dave. I will definitely continue to use this company for my business.

Speed comes up again and again in the reviews. When a backup at James's house kept getting worse, the crew was there "the very next day". John called on a Friday night, got a call back within minutes, and had a truck finish pumping out his tank by early the next morning. The routine side shows up too. Deirdre books a yearly pump out that happens within a few days of her call, and Ameya's full system install ended with the crew seeding the lawn. Several reviewers name Dave as the one who answers questions and moves appointments up when a situation turns urgent.
