i contacted Barney's on a tuesday for a leaking pipe/faucet for an anti freeze faucet outside. We scheduled a window for friday. they called me thursday noting there was a cancellation during and they could come early. Jesse arrived thursday, was very nice, and quickly diagnosed the issue. The price was fair considering the labor to remove drywall and replacing the internal side of the pipe of the faucet. Jesse was very professional and he also gave me great tips about my water heater through conversation.

From the initial request until the end of the job, Barney’s was professional, courteous and efficient. Jesse came out to fix an issue with our washing machine drain. It ended up being a bigger issue than anticipated and he had to cut into the wall and replace pipe. He was very communicative and clean. Not only will we be using Barney’s again, but we will be requesting Jesse.

We had a leak under our kitchen sink that quickly turned into a much bigger project than we expected. After searching for a local plumber, we called Barney’s Plumbing, and we’re so glad we did! The owner, David, came out the very same day to help us get everything taken care of in that moment and got us scheduled for the additional work that same week. He was so helpful and kind, especially during a stressful situation. Within just a couple of days, their technician, Riley, came out to give us a quote and ended up doing the rest of the work for us.

    Response from the owner

Thank you so much for sharing your experience with Barney’s Plumbing & Sewer Services, Hannah! We’re glad David was able to respond quickly and help get things under control, and that Riley and the team provided clear communication and quality workmanship throughout the rest of the project. We know unexpected plumbing issues can be stressful, so making the process as smooth and transparent as possible is always important to us. If you ever need a dependable plumber in Pierce County, our team will be happy to help. We truly appreciate your trust and recommendation!

Our plumber Jesse was prompt in getting here when he said he would. He assessed the situation and advised us on fixes. He didn't sugarcoat anything and the prices were more then reasonable especially compared to the 2 other quotes we had received from different companies which is what lead us to contact Barney's. I would definitely recommend them to other's and will be using them in the future.

    Response from the owner

Thank you for the thoughtful review, Elaine! Barney’s Plumbing is glad Jesse provided honest recommendations, fair pricing, and dependable service. We truly appreciate your recommendation and look forward to helping you again. We’re proud to be your trusted plumber in Pierce County!
