The girl in the phone tells you to uncover the entire tank… not just the lid. I hurt my back doing this. The septic guy told my neighbor that he doesn’t know why everyone uncovers the whole thing!! My point exactly! I could have paid $150+ to have them uncover it…. But the lady on the phone SHOULD NOT BE TELLING PEOPLE TO UNCOVER THE WHOLE DARN THING!!

Several reviews describe tank pumping and the crews who do it. Sharon had the crew find and dig out the lids on both her solid waste and liquid tanks, then drain each one. Bil said the crew arrived on time and that "pump out went smoothly." Lori said her questions were answered before the crew came out and that the technician was fast. Dorothy named Chad and Austin as the two who did her septic work. Dawn described hurting her back uncovering the entire tank after being told on the phone to do so.
