Ashley provided great customer service and communication. The whole event was painless and paid less than the original quoted price. Very honest and did an excellent job. Highly recommend and hopefully not have to do this again for a very long time!

Their customer service is horrible. I called to get pricing for an aerobic system maintenance service. I was told I had to go back to the installer Which is weird because my installer mention that I could go with any company to maintain my system. They were from Vero Beach which traveling expenses would be added they recommended me to go with someone local. When I mentioned that to Ashley, she said “ that’s not how it works”. At that time, I felt like they didn’t want my business. I had already done my research. She proceed on taking my address and getting more information.

Response from the owner

Norma, I think you have the wrong company. I spoke to you about pricing and quoted you right over the phone, $500 for the year. You thanked me and said you were calling around for prices and said you’d call back if we were the cheapest. With aerobic systems you have to make sure the company you’re calling services the brand unit you have and that you don’t have an active contract with anyone, that’s just standard questions we have to ask. I’m sorry you felt the need to leave me a 1 star review for that.
