I have to raise two thumbs for Atteberry! I called them because it's been four years since my tank was last pumped. He quickly found our tank and access and determined that it does not need to be pumped. But he did find that my "cover" was a piece of tile! So he dug it out for me and told me where to go to get an insert (Perkins Precast). Another great local company that's on time, honest, and helpful!

Bait and switch company. DO NOT USE! I would recommend white mountain testing. Lied about prices, very unresponsive, unaccountable for their own written quotes. Charged extra fees for digging which is part of the job. Messed up the backyard and wanted us to pay more for it. Above and beyond the agreed upon price. Dont give your business to this company. Josh the owner was terrible

I can’t believe this company has any reviews that are greater than 1 star. I wish I could give them a zero rating. My goal is to warn anyone considering giving their business to this place. I had originally spoken with Josh, who is the owner, and explained we were selling our home and needed both a dump & an inspection performed on our septic tank, along with a written report for documentation. I had even asked for a quote in writing from him, and it stated we were going to be paying just under 1k for everything we had discussed.

Called about getting the drain from my septic to the field snaked/augered, no longer draining. They called back, were polite, offered the service for $250. Guy came out, looked at it and in one minute said we don't do that any longer if there are roots. Shoved a camera in 10 feet, said it was blocked. They charged me $350 while never providing any snake, not even an attempt, he was here 10 minutes, definitely did not get what I paid for. I'm filing a fraud claim. I used them for pumping once and the service was good. Sort of shocked.

Excellent company! Very fair, very honest and reputable! A local real estate agent I’ve had many clients use them for pumping and Septic Inspection and never had any issues!
