UPDATE: Well, guess I was too quick to give this company a glowing review. Although I am grateful for the sewer work they completed, I'm FUMING that they are not true to their word, and quite frankly, do not care about the safety of the customers. And, the rude person I spoke to...UNPROFESSIONAL!! The fencing I mentioned, that ASAP told me to my face they would come and re-install "once the ground settled"--still not restored & they are REFUSING to complete the job they said they would! ASAP removed it, they need to repair it.

Thank you for the wonderful review.

Hunter Salmon took the video of my sewer line. However he didn’t do what he should have done. He emailed me the video and told me to send it to the city. He charged me $250.00. The city will not take the video from the homeowner, it had to come from the company that took it. The company is also supposed to mark the ground where the break is so they had to take another video and mark the ground. If it’s the responsibility of the city they will reimburse the company $200.for the video. So I feel I should be reimbursed since they will get 200 from the city.

    Response from the owner

We are sorry you feel lied to. As we previously stated earlier you paid for the camera to be ran. Once we found out it was in fact on city side we then came back out to mark the break. We sent in all info to the city. The city pays us for locating their break at $200.00 they do not reimburse us $250.00 to run the camera in the first place. I am sorry we could not come to a resolution that would make you happy. I am sorry you feel lied too as we have been honest and upfront about everything since the start of this. As you said we have been in business 13 years and policies change. We have never had to send in a video until your property. Maybe it is something new but will definitely never not be done from now on now that we know it is needed. Again we are sorry you feel like you deserve a reimbursement for a job that we did do. Again sorry to hear you were not happy with our services.

We had a sewer line back up in the evening after most plumbers were closed. Dustin came out in a major storm and had us up and running within 30 mins! ASAP will always be our call from now and on.
