Arrow Septic Pumping Sequim LLC in Sequim, WA

This company really takes care of its customers! They were great to talk to on the phone and schedule. They are very knowledgeable and informative about septic systems and pumping. They showed they cared about a time sensitive situation and were able to accommodate us. We have used them many times and always are a great experience for a not so pleasant job. Always friendly and pleasant, very professional and safe, and it shows they really try. They go the extra bit and back flush a tank if it is not clean enough for them, even added missing screws one time to make sure.

The owner, pumped my septic, and left biohazardas waste laying right next to the lid. In addition to that, even though there was plenty of open space for him to drag the hose dripping more biohazardas waste, he dragged it over a concrete pad I had just put in, leaving brown stains on it that I had to scrub off. When confronted on the phone, the owners response was lewd, vulgar and inappropriate.
