Arcola Septic Care, LLC in GA

I contacted Arcola Septic in March 2024 about installing a new septic drain field. They came out on March 26, looked at the area, and told me what he could do to fix the issue. It was going to be a somewhat complex and difficult job. He provided a quote the same day, and I approved that quote within an hour. That was March 26. After hearing nothing for over 30 days, I contacted them toward the end of June and left a message. It's now almost 4 months later, and nothing. I highly recommend you stay away from a company that ghosts possible customers when the job is too complex or difficult.

Thank you so much Carson for coming to our rescue!! We needed a pump out bad and you came when no one else would! He was early and did a great job! Thanks so much! It's nice to see great work ethic today. We had tried others with absolutely no results, no shows, no call backs. But Arcola came and took care of business professionally and early. Thanks so much!!

Absolutely wonderful service! They explained everything that needed to be done, advised us well on our options, and even did major work (with trucks of dirt) to drain our swampy yard and ensure good water direction in the future. New drain field & d-box, cleared brush and bog, and doubled our back yard size! They responded quickly to a problem we've been trying to get other companies to fix for months. 10/10, would recommend!
