We had a MAJOR septic issue, and Aquaris went above and beyond to help us solve it! We couldn’t drain our pump tank no matter what was tried. Our previous septic service company was of little help. After looking at the situation, the only solution they could offer was that we had a blockage in the transport line to the drainfield and that we would need to run an entirely new pipe. That was anything but a simple solution.

We had a septic pump tank issue. Was told pump had failed. Called Aquarius Pump Co of Seabeck, WA. Robyn called back quickly and put us on the schedule. She checked our system specs listed with KPHD and confirmed they had the correct pump stocked. She also said the electrician/technician, Michael, would confirm needs with a diagnosis before replacing pump. Michael arrived a first thing Monday morning and found the pump working fine. It was a relay contactor that had failed. Our system was back in service within an hour.

I lost water and called to get help as Aquarius Pumps Co put in my tank and new control panel in April 2021. My tank has a 5 year warranty. After 7 days without water, my neighbor and I bought a new tank as we verified the bladder was bad and Aquarius wouldn’t return my calls or texts to let me know what they were going to do about my issue. . The next morning we still had issues and had to call another company. They were at my house in 30 minutes and verified that my control panel was bad as well. The company I called put a new panel in right away and my water works great now.

Amazing & fast service! Mike was able to come out same day and fix our pump. Very informative on how to fix it in the future on our own & didn't make me feel like we needed to spend unnecessary money. They have a customer for life based on his service! 10/10 recommend.

Homeowners commonly turn to the company for urgent septic pump repairs, tank float adjustments, and alarm troubleshooting. Field technicians such as Mike arrive quickly to diagnose electrical and mechanical issues, while Robyn coordinates communication from the office. Tom noted that his system was "back in service within an hour" after a technician identified a faulty relay switch rather than replacing the pump.
