Reviewers most often describe the owner, Chris, showing up when a system fails. Nate wrote that his pipes backed up during a plumbing emergency and the crew had things usable again "in a matter of a few hours". Deb describes an alarm blaring at her house and Chris bringing a special cord to keep the system running until electricians repaired cut wiring, and Kim says he has handled her pumping and shown up in emergencies, including a freeze, for 20 years. Speed comes up too. Christopher called on Christmas Eve expecting nothing to happen until after the holiday, and Chris still came out, determined the tank needed pumping and returned with his pump truck to take care of it.

Before You Call
Anyone buying a house with a septic tank already in the yard can book an evaluation before the sale closes instead of after. When the call goes in, one question worth asking is how far in advance an evaluation needs to be scheduled.
