Rusty and Jay were great, they answered any questions that I had. Very good communication as well . They're good at what they do. They get in they get out on time. The bid stayed close to the original numbers which was great. I would work with them again no questions. And their team was very knowledgeable on what they do. Thanks guys

Apex Underground was one-third the price of two different local plumbing companies. The broken coupling was down 14’ below the grass. When the subdivision was built in the late 80’s, the developer did not back-fill correctly. The pipe coupler broke as the ground settled over time. I am a hands-on guy. Jay and Jose were very proficient, professional, and hard-working. I enjoyed, yes enjoyed, working with them to get the sewer draining again. They came out promptly, and stayed with it until we got it all working again.

I called regarding an estimate for a residential septic system and received a same day return phone call from Rusty. After a brief conversation I had a detailed written estimate with options to provide to my clients for their consideration. I must say, in all my 38 yrs of real estate, I was impressed with the knowledge, efficiency and professionalism Rusty displayed. I came away with a confidence that would provide top notch service!

Apex was awesome to work with. We had a complicated issue to replace our existing septic tank and lagoon due to grandfathered out-of-policy system and with an expansion we're doing that left the system undersized to the county's liking. They managed the relationships with the engineer and the county and provided what I needed in permit prep for my extension. The on-site crews did a great job and were respectful and diligent. They came highly recommended by neighbors and my basement contractor and they did not disappoint. Highly recommend.
