We found ourselves in a tough position when we suddenly needed our tank pumped and the clean out pipe unblocked. I am so thankful that Jake returned my call promptly. It was miserably cold and he still made us a priority. He had us taken care of by early afternoon the same day. Great service. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend Apex.

5 stars aren’t enough to give Apex Septic! I would give more if I could. Our toilets and showers started backing up around 8 pm and Jake drove 45 minutes to our house to come pump our septic tank and clean out a clog in a baffle I didn’t even know existed! I learned a lot about our septic system and leech fields. Thank you Jake! You truly are the best.

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Most of the reviews describe septic trouble that could not wait. Customers called about backed-up toilets and showers, a blocked clean out pipe and a clogged baffle, and several jobs involved pumping the tank. One homeowner needed an electric blower motor replaced on an aerobic system. Speed comes up again and again. Dawn was taken care of by early afternoon the same day, and Jennifer's evening call was answered right away, with a visit first thing the next morning. Reviewers name Jake as the person who did the work, and Lisa says she "learned a lot" about her tank and leech fields after he drove out to her house on a night her drains backed up.
