Hadn’t had my tank pumped before. Talked to Walter who explained the process and potential charges. Within a day they sent Tim out and he did a fantastic job. Found my tank in no time. Thoroughly cleaned out our tank and made sure everything was in good order. Tim was a true professional. Stayed late on a hot day to make sure the job was done right. This is a good company with great people. Very glad I called them. Price was reasonable and the work was done in record time. Next time I need service they will be my first call.

    Response from the owner

Thanks for the awesome review! We're thrilled to hear that Walter and Tim provided you with top-notch septic system service. We can't wait to assist you again next time! 🌟🚽

This is about the business at 609 New York Ave, Huntington, NY. Used them for preventative check of my cesspool ($475 for 10 minutes of work). They said everything looked fine. But since it was +10 since last “pump-out”, I should really get it pumped (additional $680). Trusting them, I did both services. The following day, had a vile, putrid smell in my house. Called them and they said it might be due to the waste lines not being “straight” (whatever that means) and there was nothing they could do about that. Smell there still on day 3 and called them again. Same reply…..not there problem.

Honest! I called for pumping based on issues going on inside the house. Bob came out quickly, took the time to investigate, and gave me honest advice. He did not sell me services that I didn't need even though I was confident I did. He saved me hundreds!

    Response from the owner

Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Bob! We're glad he was able to provide honest and helpful service. We appreciate your feedback and look forward to assisting you in the future if needed.
