I hired American Pumping to install a septic tank so I could put my home on the market. My spouse passed away unexpectedly on April 11, and I signed the contract on April 14. I made it very clear that I needed the work completed as quickly as possible so I could move forward with selling the house. American Pumping assured me that they would begin as soon as the permit was approved. Over the following weeks, I called twice to check on the status and was told that they were still waiting for the county to issue the permit.

Thanks to Roberta DuBois for getting our inspection and pump out scheduled in a timely fashion. In addition, she responded to all of the many questions I asked. She was super helpful.

Do not give this business your money. They have the rudest staff managing their appointments. They made numerous schedule changes and mistakes. Then got rude when I called them out for it. One of the worst business that I have ever dealt with. You have been warned.
