Hi Michael, this review is disappointing and misplaced. The delivery you’re referencing had nothing to do with American Concrete Products, it was a personal lunch ordered by an employee during their break. It’s unfair and misleading to rate a company’s professional reputation based on a tip amount from a private transaction unrelated to our business. The employee used the recommended tip from DoorDash, which was nearly 30% of the total. That choice was made within the app’s suggestions and was more than reasonable given the order size. Penalizing our company over a personal tipping decision reflects a fundamental misunderstanding of what business reviews are meant for. We take pride in our work and expect reviews to reflect actual interactions with our products, services, or staff, not personal opinions about someone’s lunch.
