Service quality has declined over the course of time. They have started cutting corners and you really have to supervise their work during septic tank cleaning, otherwise they will not clean the tanks properly. Employees are old and the labor intensive task is difficult for them.

George K came to pump our septic tank. He was professional, efficient, patient with all our questions, and personable.

After 8 years it was time to get my 1k gallon septic tank pumped. Called them, set up an appointment for an early morning and when the day came it went smoothly! Thanks Bill!

Would not recommend.. used them twice.. the first time was ok... then the 2nd time was a no go... they need you to get permit from your township when it wasnt needed. Waste of money. Had another company come out to verify.

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Customers describe straightforward pumping visits. Mark writes that George K came out to pump his tank and stayed "patient with all our questions" the whole time. Jennifer had a 1,000 gallon tank pumped for the first time in eight years and says the early morning appointment went smoothly, with a thank you to Bill.

Before You Call

Anyone weighing a new system faces the same first step: the perc test shows what the lot can absorb. One question worth asking on the phone is how soon a crew can get out to run it.
