    Scott, Matt, and Meagan did a great job of fixing our backed up septic tank in a timely and professional manner. Within one day of my call Matt arrived, pumped our tank and confirmed there was some type of downstream obstruction. I discussed the situation with Scott who offered several possible explanations with potential options for diagnosing and fixing the problem. Matt returned 2 days later and using a fiber optic cable was able to confirm the problem was in the connector boxes. He was then able to clear the debris with a pressure washer.

    "Daddy! The toilet isnt flushing!" A phrase that any father with young kids that will give you pause. Thankfully it wasn't a roll of toilet paper flushed down the toilet, but it was a full septic tank. I called up Allstarz and within 24 hours they sent out Fransisco to take care of us. He was on time, did the job quick, answered my questions, and gave my family peace of mind. Thank you Fransisco and all the folks at Allstarz for your help!

    The technician, Francisco, arrived on time and got right to work. After I showed him the location of the tank, he was careful with placing the large vacuum pipes along my pool decking. He quickly started the job and finished in about 90 minutes. It usually takes about 45 minutes for my typical pumping, but my system was in need of a “jetting” service. Francisco was very courteous and answered all my questions I had about the tank and mound system. I felt Francisco did an exceptional job while at my residence. I’ve used AllStarz for service for the past few years.
