We were in a bind last Saturday when our septic tank was full. Our “regular” septic place was closed - I called their number and got a voice message but no emergency option. We found Allen through a Google search. I called and they were out within 2 hours that same day and pumped our tank. Ben found we had a small trickle of water entering into our tank which was the issue, as over time, it will fill your tank as the system can’t keep up. Over the past few days, we spent some time isolating the source, and Ben came out periodically to see if the tickle had stopped.

I would highly recommend Allen Septic! Called this afternoon and Ben said he would still be able to come to our house and pump our septic tank today. We have been having issues lately with our septic tank and so thankful I found their name for septic tank pumping. Awesome work done and very professional. Again thank you for your hard work.

I will recommend Allen to everyone I know, after using different businesses around Crete I can say one thing for sure Allen is by FAR the BEST! Ben and helper did an awesome job, they are affordable and very nice ppl thank you!

Great service. I called late in the day and he came over at 6:15pm. Arrived when he said. Very professional. Got right to work and got the job done. He could have made me wait until his schedule was clear, but helped me out in a hurry. Highly recommend.
