    The plumber was able to arrive even earlier than expected and this was all cleared by phone first. Our plumber was Dan and he was professional, efficient, knowledgeable and a really pleasant person. We are very satisfied and plan to use All-Flo again. But hopefully not super soon. LOL.

    As a recent customer, I can’t say enough good things about All-Flo. I recently had sewage back up into my basement and contacted their emergency line over a holiday weekend. Justin was the technician who came out to service my home. He is clearly experienced, knowledgeable, straightforward, and takes his job seriously. From our conversations, I could tell that he genuinely cared about helping me and that I had the right person for the job. He navigated my complex piping, identified the blockage, and was able to clear it.

    Caleb came within an hour of calling for tree root clear out of our sewer line. He took pictures and explained our options. He did a water jet clear out and was done in a little over an hour. Excellent service. $25 discount for having a sign in the yard for a week.

    I had a great experience with All-Flo! I called about my kitchen sink and they were able to get someone out the same week. Caleb was speedy, professional, and very polite. He got everything taken care of quickly and did a great job! The company was also incredibly easy to work with. They were prompt and accommodating when scheduling, especially since I have an anxious dog and needed to make arrangements for him to be out of their way. I really appreciated their understanding and flexibility throughout the process. Overall, excellent service from start to finish.
