All Around Septic & Construction in WA

I was being an extremely understanding customer until I realized, I'm the only one communicating appropriately here! He never called me to let me know for the first appt that the main truck broke down, when I called to find out why we were past the three hour window I waited around for him for.. he said his truck broke down but his mechanic would have it done by Wednesday, if it was an emergency he would use his smaller truck but it would take him SIX HOURS and a bunch of trips (which felt like a guilt trip and I said I didnt want him to have to do all that so did he know when?)

Absolutely terrible experience. I paid Brandon $448 for a septic inspection, and while he showed up to do the work, he never submitted the inspection report. Since then, he’s completely ghosted me, won’t answer calls, texts, or messages. No report, no refund, no communication. This is blatant dishonesty and unacceptable business behavior. Save yourself the headache and stay far away from this guy.

Paid for an pumping and RSS inspection a month ago for a house sale. Found out today nothing was submitted to the county and the pumping dis not happen either. Refuse to return calls, emails and texts. Do not use them.

All Around awful experience. Brandon came out back in Feb for a routine O&M inspection that now in July he still hasn't filed with Pierce County, even after multiple follow up attempts. I paid him in full the day of the inspection including the filing fee, and very much don't feel it should be my responsibility to nag him constantly to file the inspection with the county. Also worth noting, when he came out back in Feb, he quoted me $150 for digging up the covers in addition to the inspection and filing fees, yet he charged me $200.

Did not follow through. Septic was done wrong and won't back up their work.
