    Thomas was prompt to arrive (even a little early and notified in advance). Was able to assess the matter with my septic and clearly identify the issue and best way to address along with estimated amount of time and costs. Throughout the repair, was open to my questions (for educational purposes) and answered in laymen terms to help better understand. The follow-up billing was very detailed documentation for future reference, which I appreciate. I would highly recommend Alford Septic Solutions for any septic work you may need.

    T J and his associate were extremely professional and knew exactly what to do when they arrived. They explained the process and went to work. ID’d a couple issues, documented their findings, left the job site in great shape. Received my report from the office on the schedule they provided to me. Definitely recommend Alfords Septic for inspections, repair or replacement.

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An essential partner for any Realtor and buyer! As a local real estate agent, having reliable, trustworthy vendors is everything, and this family-owned septic team is as good as it gets.     We needed our septic serviced for roots and hydrojet the lines after purchasing our new home. Cami was great at communicating through email or phone and made sure we had all our questions answered. Alford came out calling when in route and provided great service! He explained what he was going to do, what he did do and then how to upkeep our lines and septic. Extremely polite and honest… we actually paid less than quoted after he looked over it again and removed a fee. Highly recommend their business!

    We had Alford provide a septic inspection for a home built 50yrs ago during a home purchase. They provided a thorough inspection with plenty of evidence and photographs. The job was not easy, as the septic access point was not able to be identified by the homeowners and ended up being 30inches down through compacted gravel. They called before the inspection to verify services and afterwards to walk me through the report and next steps. 5 stars for the work provided, the report, and the excellent customer service.
