    While initially a promising service provider, they lost me as a client because they made a mistake and refused to admit it. Backstory: I signed onto a service agreement for annual maintenance and 2 unscheduled service visits. A small line item says that repairs <$500 will be billed without additional authorization. Issue: they came as an unscheduled visit to diagnose the problem. They accurately diagnosed and gave a written next steps as “expect an estimate”. 3 days later, they came to repair without notice or authorization.

    Wilmer helped us for an emergency visit. Very responsive and knowledgeable service. Wilmer talked us through everything and advised on our options for guaranteed service. Definitely going to setup a maintenance contract on Monday

    They came at the time promised and did a thorough job cleaning out the septic tank including the filter. Excellent service at a reasonable price. Advantage Septic Service deserves a rating of 5+++. I am impressed with the service quality, excellent communication and customer first attitude. I have no doubt that you will be very happy to hire them for any septic system repair needs.

    Our experience with Advantage Septic was an absolute nightmare and serves as a cautionary example of how not to treat customers. We contacted the company in April 2026 regarding concerns about a possible septic system issue. What should have been a straightforward inspection and repair process turned into nearly two months of delays, ignored calls, broken promises, unexplained charges, and ultimately no resolution. The process began with a $249 inspection, followed by a recommended pump-out costing $425.
