I was given an estimate by one of the big plumbing and septic companies of $7000.00. My neighbor told me to try Advance Septic Sys. They did the job for under $1700.00.

I was told by a couple other septic companies that my pump needed to be replaced. Mark and Ben came out to my home in Carlisle to take a look, and it turned out that the floats in the pump tank were just haphazardly placed. They were very knowledgeable and showed great care to make sure everything was in the right place. Their pricing model is simple and very reasonable compared to others’. They taught me a lot while they were here and were a great couple of gents. I’ll definitely be using them in the future. Thanks guys.

Absolutely incredible people to work with. Called them on Sunday, left voicemail and they called back by Monday morning (note: they were the only ones to call me back), they had me squared away before my wife even got home. Absolutely fantastic! Will be using for future work!

I got a septic system quote after buying a new house, but a co-worker told me to call his lifelong friends at Advanced Septic, telling me that they are extremely honest and technically sound. Mr. Richard and his son came out and walked me through every step of what they were doing as they cleaned out the tanks, checked the pump, and fixed the overflow alarm. They also took time to train my wife and me on septic tank maintenance. They then handed me a bill that was $4700.00 lower than their competitor's estimate. What an amazing company! I am now a customer for life.

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Several customers describe the same pattern on septic jobs. Eugene watched the crew clean out the tanks, check the pump and fix an overflow alarm, with each step explained as it happened. Sam had been told the pump needed replacing, and the crew found instead that the floats in the pump tank were set in the wrong spots. Speed comes up too. Josh had a blockage and says the crew arrived in "less than an hour and a half". Mark left a voicemail on a Sunday, got a call back Monday morning, and had the problem handled before his wife got home. Randee says the crew explains the issue and the fix in a way a homeowner can follow. Eugene and his wife also got a walk-through on tank maintenance.
