Excellent service from the initial call to the septic tank maintenance. Everything was explained up front; services provided with descriptions and estimated costs with no surprises. An extra star for coming out in 100-degree weather and working in tough conditions. Absolutely recommend Action Services.

The driver was going way too fast down a one way street with people walking dogs and motioned to slow down which he only ignored! Rude and inconsiderate! I would not use this company or don’t recommend them!! Again this morning this driver went down our street with a 25 MPH limit and was doing at least 50Mph. I guess this does nothing to stop him or their management doesn’t give a damn!!!!!!! Happening on Jackson Rd Anderson off Providence Church Rd.

    Response from the owner

** Updated response 7/9/26: Mr. Shore, thank you for updating the location of where this incident happened. Now that I know where this happened, I'll be happy to speak to that driver and ask him to slow down while on Jackson Rd. However, we have GPS tracking on all of our work vehicles. I reviewed that route for 7/1/26 and 7/8/26. His speed ranged from 20mph-29mph while driving on that road. The majority of the time he was under the speed limit. Again, I'll bring this to his attention and please ask him to go below the speed limit while in your neighborhood. ** Hi Mr. Shore. I sincerely apologize about our driver’s negligence while driving in your neighborhood. Do you mind telling me when and where this happened so I can address it with the employee? We take safety very seriously at our company and would never want to endanger someone. Thank you.
