About ACH Septic Services LLC

From the website of ACH Septic Services LLC, read 15 Sept 2026. It describes what the company says it offers, not independent verification.

ACH Septic Services works out of Boone, pumping septic tanks and inspecting the systems already in the ground. Pumping is the routine upkeep that keeps a system flowing, and an inspection turns up issues early, before they can damage the tank.

Septic Services in Boone

Quoted from the website of ACH Septic Services LLC, read 15 Sept 2026.

Installation of new septic systems is the other side of the work, and the company says its experience there runs three generations deep. Boone's ground shapes any new field: 87.4% of rated ground in town is very limited for septic drain fields, mostly because of slope, so the field has to be laid across the grade.

As a new homeowner in Blowing Rock I’m glad I discovered ACH. They were very responsive and Hannah was very helpful answering my questions. Duncan and crew did a great job onsite as well. I would definitely recommend them.

A septic tank issue came up quickly in the late evening and I called ACH at 7:45 AM. My first contact was with Hannah. She was really good to work with and needed to check with others about my problem and scheduling. She got back to me within minutes (I found out she was on vacation) and got me scheduled for the same day (almost unheard of these days). Duncan and Shawn came by 1pm and located the tank and dug to the access doors quickly, discovering the problem and beginning the resolution. They were friendly, professional and answered all my questions, educating me along the way.

Ed describes a same-day save, with a crew at the tank by early afternoon and the system "operational again within three hours". Several reviewers also name Hannah in the office for quick scheduling and clear answers.
