From making the appointment (very nice bilingual lady from Puerto Rico on the phone) she explained the process and prices after answering her questions. I had a problem with my septic system (tank was full) Allan O came out to service our tank. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Explained the process and found the tank (which we didn't know exactly where ) within 2 minutes. Dug the grass and dirt above then opened the tank. Our issue was a completely full tank that had not be serviced in years (prior to the home purchase).

Appointment was 9 to 12, then 12 to 5. Then 5 to 9. Had me sitting all day. I guess they think my time is not valuable.
