About AAA Septic Tank Service of Glynn, Inc.

From the website of AAA Septic Tank Service of Glynn, Inc., read 15 Sept 2026. It describes what the company says it offers, not independent verification.

AAA Septic Tank Service of Glynn pumps out septic tanks in Brunswick and inspects the systems around them. A pump out is the full emptying, with a large vacuum truck removing all of the waste from the tank, which is the job a slow or backing-up system usually needs first. Inspections cover the visual side of a system: the tank, the drainfield and other components, plus testing for leaks. Their site describes the septic inspection as a Brunswick service.

Wednesday morning we called AAA septic due to lines backing up/ toilets not flushing. My husband spoke to someone that said a tech would be here by 11:00am. Our tech, Aaron, was here by 10:45am and got started right away. Aaron was extremely professional. My husband and I both loved that he was informative through the whole process, this helped build trust with our tech knowing he was well prepared to take on our septic issues. Aaron was here for many hours in 100 + degree heat and replaced 2 pumps on our property, replaced pvc, and emptied our septic.. And didn’t stop until the job was done.

Response from the owner

Thank you, Sheryl, we appreciate you taking the time to share this. We're thrilled Aaron was able to arrive early, work safely in the heat, and earn your trust with clear communication and thorough repairs. I will make sure the whole team hears how much you and your husband appreciated the service. Please call AAA Septic anytime you need assistance in the future.

Mitch and his assistant were very helpful and knowledgeable conducting a septic inspection and pump out during a due diligence period for a home purchase. I was able to ask questions and they made me feel like an expert understanding how a septic system works. They were professional and did a very nice job preserving the sod. Will use them again in the future.

Response from the owner

Thank you, Skip, we appreciate you taking the time to leave such a detailed review and for trusting us during your home purchase. We're glad Mitch and the team could make the inspection clear, answer your questions, and take care to preserve the sod. We look forward to working with you again in the future.

I called on a Friday before the holiday weekend anticipating a wait but AAA offered to come same day to address the alarm and pump not operating. A tech was dispatched within 90 minutes and assessed the situation. He is a veteran and we are always happy to support military. Tech explained the problem thoroughly and was able to pump the tank and replace the pump immediately. Friendly, professional, fair priced and will continue to do service with.

Response from the owner

Thank you for sharing your experience, Mia. We're glad we could respond same day before the holiday and that our technician provided a thorough, professional repair. We appreciate your support of our veteran tech and are pleased the service, pricing, and communication met your expectations. We look forward to continuing to serve you.

Several reviews describe how quickly a crew shows up. Sheryl wrote that after a Wednesday morning call about backed-up lines, Aaron arrived before the 11:00 AM they were promised and "got started right away", then spent the day replacing two pumps and emptying the tank in 100 degree heat. Mia called on a Friday before a holiday weekend and had a tech dispatched within 90 minutes, who pumped the tank and replaced the pump on the spot. Mitch comes up by name more than once. Skip had Mitch and an assistant run an inspection and pump out during a home purchase, with questions answered and the sod left intact, and Jason describes Mitch emptying his tank, explaining the system's condition and cleaning up afterward.

Around Brunswick, the main drain-field limit is a high water table: the saturated zone sits too close to the surface for a conventional field. Site conditions on any one lot can differ from the map. See the Brunswick city page for the full soil profile.

Before You Call

The decision most owners face is which visit to book: a pump out when the tank is full and lines are slowing, or an inspection with leak testing when a sale is coming. One question is worth asking on the phone: how soon a truck can get to the property.
