Called on this company to do a septic pumpout. They came out did an eval of the system and said it needed extra work to the pump connection said they could handle it and next steps was to get call before you dig folks out to mark and go fwd from there. After a week nothing. After week 2 attempted to call 10-15 times left msg after msg on answering service. They ghosted me. My thing is if you didnt want to do the work jst say that and be done with it.

I called yesterday due to having issues with my system and the sprinklers not working. They were out the next day and fixed the problem in a timely matter. I also appreciated the communication to let me know when they were in the way to the house. I will be using their services when I need them in the future.

I have used them in the past and they were very responsive. Starting a week ago, I called / texted 5 times, left voicemails and no return calls. Not sure how you stay in business like this but that’s why there are other companies that will take all their customers. Pitiful!
