I’ve used this company since around 2015/2016 when they helped locate my septic tank after another company couldn’t. They were professional, honest, and very responsive. Recently I needed service again and had another great experience, they answered the phone right away, arrived on time, kept their pricing fair, and installed new lid for the tank. Reliable company with fast service. Highly recommend.

Dawn answered the phone and was remarkably kind, patient, articulate, knowledgable and helpful. I called around, and based on how excellent Dawn was in answering my questions, and based on my initial impressions of several companies by phone, this is the company I intend to hire. I will write an update review after service.

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Homeowners hire the company for tank locating, replacement lids, real estate inspections, and full septic tank and drain field installations. Dawn manages incoming calls, while Neil calls ahead before arriving on site. Chris noted that the crew "came out the morning after Hurricane Helene" to inspect a purchase property on short notice.
