We recently had our septic pumped and were very impressed. The rates were very reasonable, the tech was great, but we were most impressed with the office manager, who was incredibly responsive, professional, and friendly. We will definitely be calling Phyllis for all of our future needs!

    Response from the owner

Thank you very much for the kind words and thank you for the work.

Excellent customer service. I have been in a bind twice. Both times I called A-1 Septic and was immediately helped by this company. They are very professional and were eager to help. The Office Lady (Phyllis I think) is very friendly and super helpful. I highly recommend them.

Had problems with septic. Called owner Tom since he had done the septic inspection just months prior. He said he would come out and look at it. Kept blowing me off. No communication and weeks go by...he never showed. I would NOT recommend wasting time or money on this company. He is not a man of his word!!! Amendment. The owner Tom called me and he was very apologetic about all this.
