Glen and his assistant came to clean out our septic tank and they were great! Fast, efficient, and very knowledgeable. They gained another returning customer with us!

They were great in digging up our yard, getting testing done. Had to send about 20 emails to get help when they were supposed to be getting a plan approved for new septic and they weren't staying on top of it. Then afterwards they offered no warranty contrary to ROC regulations. After confrontation they did offer warranty but refused to provide a reasonable contract to get the work done. They will only work if you agree to the estimate plus also a blank check for whatever they might need. Absolutely terrible to work with.

Before You Call

The first decision in a call like this is which job fits: a pump out for the tank, or repair or installation work on the system itself. A to Z takes on both, and which one to start with is a fair question for the phone.
