Jesse came out and saved the day! We had another septic company come out earlier in the week that couldn’t get the lid off and gave up. Jesse got the lid off without any issue and was able to get us back up and running fast! He is very professional and walked me through what was done and how often to have it cleaned in the future. Overall 10/10 great experience. If you have septic woes, A- Team septic is the way to go!! Highly recommend!

We had an issue with our only 4 year old home / septic system. Fortunately I had photos of the original installation where he noticed a “potential” issue that may have caused our problems. After a partial excavation of the tanks his suspicions were confirmed. They pumped / rinsed the tanks and made the appropriate repairs. Jesse and his lovely wife are very nice, hard working people with genuine ‘old school’ work ethic. I Highly recommend for any of your septic needs!

A Team Septic took care of us when we had an issue with our septic backing up into our tub/ showers. He got back to me right away and was very responsive to my questions and concerns. He arrived the next day and was even EARLY and took time to explain everything he was doing- and to educate on how to care for the septic based off his experience with the business. He made sure that everything was functioning properly before close up the tanks and he didn't leave things in a mess. His price was also very reasonable.

Had a septic emergency on a Saturday night, no help from any other septic service I called, but Jesse answered and came right out! He did the pumping, and found the problem. Absolutely recommend him to anyone who needs reliable, honest service in Middle Tennessee!

I called and the next day Jesse was here when he said he would be. Very communicative, kind, and did a fantastic job. Kept me informed of everything that was going on. I would definitely recommend this business!

Homeowners frequently describe Jesse handling service visits directly, from scheduled tank pumping to clearing backed-up plumbing lines. The company handles maintenance calls alongside emergency requests, often arriving the next morning or responding late into the weekend. Erin noted that they "came out after night fall" on a Saturday when her septic backed up.
