We had two bathrooms to remodel. Rose and her employees came to Idaho and finished both rooms in six days. They were easy to work with. Rose had many good ideas to help us remodel. I have never had contractors work as hard as they did. We are extremely pleased with our remodels. We highly recommend Rose and crew. They went above and beyond what we expected. Fun group to work with.

    Response from the owner

Thank you Scott and Pam it was such a pleasure to come spend the last week with you remodeling your bathrooms. We enjoyed hanging out and seeing your new bathrooms come together for the both of you. We appreciated all of your hospitality and conversations. I truly hope you enjoy the new updated bathrooms for many years.

Rose was a great communicator regarding coordinating workers time and how the bathroom remodel would be done each day. Clean up should have been better. Broken pieces of sheet rock and screws in window track. Securing loose items in a bag would have been better as we used our trailer to haul away debris from the remodel. Tile design was done as intended, however he had to come back to correct and fill in grout lines. He cut the tile on the front lawn and left behind pieces of tile and grout. He didn’t cover the new tub to prevent a scratch and spillage.

    Response from the owner

Thanks Deb and PJ and I have already started to make more time for job site inspections to prevent the messes and to ensure that the houses we are working on are treated with respect and better clean up is done! Sorry for the extra time you had to spend unloading your trailer at the dump due to not bagging up the material. It was a pleasure working with you both and I hope your bathroom is coming together!!
