A-Able Septic-Sewer Service inc. in Crystal River, FL

Monday, Justin and Dakota were out here for my septic. They came out Monday and dug where the plot map said the septic tank was. There was a very large root going across the top of where it was. They had to come back the next day Tuesday with a chainsaw and the excavator they thought they needed. After sewing the root to get it out, they found out that was not the septic tank from the house. That was a small homemade septic tank coming from the garage.

This morning we found out the hard way that our septic system was full. We called A-Able and were put on today’s schedule. Within 1/2 hour, their crew was there and got the job done. Without me asking, one of the workers noticed our Navy flag and gave us a military discount. Thank you so much A-Able for your rapid response and professionalism!!

Now this may not be the norm... but just my experience. Sometimes I'd rather be lucky than good. The septic filter seemingly was clogged as my tank was to the brim. So getting it pumped was a VERY high priority. I called a couple places, and they were all out a day or two out. I called A-Able Septic, and no kidding... from the time I called them, to the time their vac truck showed up was 19 minutes - WOW! Then while they were there, I asked what it would cost to put a riser on my tank so we didn't have to dig up the yard any more. Not a bad price, and they had another fella drive it out...

Customer Experience Feedback, A-Able Plumbing In October 2024, I hired A-Able Plumbing to service my septic tank. I was told the drain field was fine, and paid $325 for a tank pump-out. Less than a year later, the tank began overflowing again. The same technician returned, quoted another $325, and now claimed the drain field was bad, and had been bad last year too. He estimated repairs would cost between $4,000 and $6,000. What’s troubling is that this critical information was allegedly passed to my nanny, not to me directly, and was never documented in the company’s notes.
