Absolutely great customer service. Had to have a "trash tank", that I didn't even know I had, pumped. Chris worked me in on the morning of the 3rd of July. The guys found the tank, dug it out, and pumped all in a matter of an hour. Had Roto Roter 3 months prior. Only snaked a drain. Didn't even tell me about a tank. If you have any kind of a septic system, call AAA Septic for the bast service for your money!!! Don't waste your time with Roto Roter.

Response from the owner

Thank you, Fran, for the wonderful review and for recommending AAA Septic. We’re glad Chris and the crew could locate, dig out, and pump the tank quickly on short notice. We appreciate you trusting us after your previous experience and are pleased we could provide the service you expected. We look forward to helping with any future septic needs.

We had AAA Septic on rt 60 in barbersville wv perform a tank cleaning today. Chris was our tech. He called and arrived on time as scheduled. He was excellent and the price was great and we paid as quoted. Tank was cleaned and we ran some water to help clear some residue. I think this is a great company and very professional.
