Chris was great. We feared the worst. He asked questions, diagnosed the problem and it turned out to be a small issue. He double checked things to be certain and things were good to go.

The plumbers from A-1 arrived in a timely way. They did a great job getting the drains in my house cleaned out and then cleaning up afterward.

Service was absolutely spot on! Paid the 175 diagnostic fee and Bryan worked hard to find the problem the whole hour he was there! Brought their supervisor out the next day at no charge to confirm the issue and fixed the problem same day! Absolutely recommend these guys to anyone who needs proper plumbing service
