A1 were really great. This was the first time having our septic system serviced since moving in, and we're new to the process. Rick was really helpful and informative, and was patient with all our questions. I uncovered a previously unknown access point to an additional tank while he was here, and he had no problem sticking around a little longer than expected to empty the additional tank. We coordinated with our neighbors to have both properties serviced in the same visit, and A1 gave is a little discount. We won't look anywhere else next time we need out septic system serviced.

I am very pleased with the work A-1 Septic did for me. It was a huge project because of the challenging location of the tank. Alex and his team did a great job. Reasonable price, on time and very professional. I highly recommend them!
